Applying takes just minutes. Download the Nomo app to get started – or if you already have a Nomo account, head to the app.

You will need to book an appointment via the Nomo app and speak to one of our Nomo advisors to help identify the right property finance product for you.

After reviewing our recommendation, you can submit your property finance application in the Nomo app.

Get a decision on your application

When approved, you will receive a property finance offer from us.
